Over the past few weeks, J. Cole has really gotten to shine on a national stage. Not only was he nominated for a GRAMMY, but he also put on a nice show during NBA All-Star Weekend. Now, to celebrate his success, his hometown of Fayetteville, North Carolina will honor him with his own holiday.
County Commissioner Charles Evans will issue a proclamation marking March 1st J. Cole Day in Fayetteville. The proclamation is a part of the MC’s Dreamville Weekend which features a variety of events including a few school visits, parties, and a concert. See the full list of events below.
