How about Jonah Hill! From Superbad to the Academy Awards… anything is possible! Kudos to him. The tightest race will be the Lead Actress category: Meryl Streep vs Viola Davis. It would be nice to see Viola Davis win, but, Meryl Streep is a formidable opponent. Missing? Indie films like Mooz-Lum and Pariah. Those would have been great dark horse additions, but… alas. It is the Academy. I’ve only been fortunate enough to see 3 of the films in the Best Picture category, two of which I saw at last year’s Cannes Film Festival (Tree Of Life , Midnight In Paris) in addition to The Help. I’ll be catching the rest before the show airs on ABC, February 26th.
