Terrence J is on his grind…and the evidence is everywhere. As host of 106 & Park on BET, Terrence has a huge platform, and has, in turn, created a huge fan base. As he’s branched out on his latest endeavors in the world of acting, he’s taken his fans along for the ride. The hard work has payed off, and he’s the cover boy on the latest issue of Bleu Magazine, with an accompanying story titled “The Millionaire Gentleman” (Terrence says he made his first million last year.) In the article he discusses his budding acting career, his come-up, and yes ladies… his love life. You can pick up a copy from your local newsstand now.
In other news…
Yesterday Terrence announced via Twitter that he’d been cast in the remake of the classic film Sparkle, alongside Jordin Sparks, Whitney Houston, Tika Sumpter and Mike Epps. That film is currently in production in Detroit, and being directed and produced by the amazing team at Akil Productions. Terrence also earned a role in a B-Boy film called Battle Of The Year, with co-stars Chris Brown and Laz Alonso. That film is scheduled to begin production later this week in France…so we can expect for him to be on a hiatus from his BET hosting duties for a few weeks while he works on set.
This guy catches a lot of flack for being “corny” but it looks like that’s paying off well for him. Ha! Congrats Terrence.
