The train never stops moving… especially when you’re Beyonce. The mother to be (sometime in February according to reports) is the cover girl for the November 2011 issue of Harper’s Bazaar. The story title: “Beyonce’s Baby Love”…how fitting and poignant. Anyway…the spread features Beyonce in a wide variety of short little sexy looks, including a gold sequined dress by Reed Karakoff on the newsstand cover, and a beaded jacket by Salvatore Ferragamo paired with an OMO Norma Kamali Swimsuit on the subscriber’s cover. The shoot was styled by Andrew Richardson and photographed by Terry Richardson at the Standard Hotel in NYC. Below, check out all of the looks + a behind the scenes video from the shoot.
You can pick up this issue at your local newsstand on October 25th…but if you can’t wait that long read the cover story here. It’s filled with awesome reflections from Tom Ford, Ricardo Tisci, Gweneth Paltrow and Solange. Beyonce also speaks somewhat candidly about her marriage with Jay-Z and the decision to have a child right now. Here’s a quote:
“We focused three years on our marriage and found that it brought us an even stronger bond and connection. But like anything great and successful in your life, marriage takes hard work and sacrifice. It has to be something both you and your husband deeply want. The best thing about marriage is the amount of growth you have because you can no longer hide from your fears and insecurities. There’s someone right there calling you out on your flaws and building you up when you need the support. If you are with the right person, it brings out the best version of you.”
