Zara fans rejoice! Starting at midnight, people around the world will be able to shop online at the Spanish retailer’s website. Shopping will open at 6pm (EST) as an added perk for those people who Like the Zara fan page on Facebook (then click on the Shop Online US tab)… so if you’re interested you might want to get a jump on that now.
H&M customers will be able to shop online beginning in Spring 2012. It’s been a long time coming for fans of the European based retailer who’s brick and mortar presence in America has not been as widespread as some would hope. If you can’t wait that long, you can visit ELLE.com right now and purchase any of the four looks from H&M’s fall 2011 collection that have been made available exclusively to the magazine’s online presence.
Finally… you should look out for Urban Outfitters’ new shoppable Facebook page. The company already has an established e-commerce presence, but has partnered with the biggest social media site around to make people’s online shopping experience more…well… social. I can only imagine the drama that could ensue from your friends being able to “LIKE” and comment on your purchases. Ha!
