Nearly 6 months after a devastating earthquake rattled the small country of Haiti leaving over 200,000 dead and 2 million homeless, Wyclef Jean’s organization Yele Haiti is still on the ground distributing aid to those in need. In this video update, volunteers are seen organizing items at a Yele Haiti distribution center, and visiting the children of the Jean et Marie Orphanage in the nation’s capitol of Port-Au-Prince.
Although the media’s eyes may have shifted elswhere, the need for aid is still vitally important. For more information on how you can contribute, visit Yele Haiti’s website.
